Marketing Executive: Erepublik
Location : Spain – Central Madrid

We are looking for a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial marketer that wants to join an exciting start up to help coordinate the marketing operations of Erepublik.com (leWeb3.com best European start up of 2007 special Jury prize).

Position Summary
Successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing the operational side of marketing initiatives (online, offline and PR) for Erepublik.com. To do so he or she will have to collaborate with our various agencies and partners as well as our dev centre in
Bucharest.

Reporting
The successful candidate will report directly to the Erepublik.com CEO, Alexis Bonte a well know entrepreneur with extensive Internet experience: http://fon.gs/alexis

Responsibilities
- Erepublik.com: Help coordinate the marketing and PR effort to support the international launch of Erepublik. We will also expect the candidate to help in other areas of the company as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English. GWK of Portuguese, French, Romanian or any other language is a plus.
• At least 2 years operational experience in online marketing
• Passion for the web and willing to go beyond the call of duty
• College degree
• Basic design skills are a plus as well as blogging, vblogging and / or video editing experience.

• Erepublik.com is growing fast so there are good opportunities to grow with the company.

In the past three months we have organized several meetings with Erepublik citizens from Romania, especially from Bucharest. We meet in the last Saturday of each month in a local pub. Everyone has a great time, they ask us (me and George) what great features will be in the next Erepublik version and we try to get as much feedback as possible from them. After this kind of discussions the main subject is about Romania in Erepublik. Defense strategies, political partnerships, economical agreements between company owners and so on. Here are photos from our previous meetings.
French Citizens from Erepublik took our example and they are organizing a meeting on May 29th, in Paris.

Today all members of the Erepublik team went for a walk in a park. We also took this opportunity to take some pictures.
